220 EX Remote Helm?

Is there a kit or some way to install a remote helm in the cockpit? It would greatly improve both salmon and tuna trolling, as well as docking when running running solo. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Defiance specifically makes one...as in I think they have rights on the design or something of the sort.

Mine came with it, and it's worth it's weight in gold.

It's a pass through system, so that's what helps keep the cost down. The reality is that you know when you will need engine controls and when you won't. I can set it up in under a minute.

The cool part is that it's hydrolic steering so you can still steer from the back station, even if the engine isn't on. So, in my case, when i have the kicker hooked to the main engine with the trolling rod, I can steer from the front or the back of the boat.

I remember seeing it on one of their videos, I don't know which website it was on, but if you find their video section about the models like the 220ex it was in there somewhere.

Thanks for the reply Tictactug. Defiance sells the pass-through kit for $1500. I am most likely going to go that route and make this my off season project.
